This one has gone through several changes over time. This version is almost the done deal. Still needs work that’s the whole point of the Rough Drafts.

(Danny’s vocal was tracked to a totally different version of the song so sometimes he’s singing to a chord that is no longer there.)

Temptation 2009 001-Rough Draft

A few weeks back Danny, Joe and I sat down and listened to various songs that remained unfinished to help formulate a plan to get some of them done. We went through about 25 songs that evening and when I played this one A) Danny had forgotten ever writing and recording it and B) Joe had never heard it before.

We have a lot of songs like that...

Here’s the demo Danny recorded for the song about 2 or 3 years back. Enjoy it in all it’s Rattle and Hum glory!

Gloom 2009 001-Rough Draft

Gloom is the very first Marqui Adora song. We’ve been trying to record this song for a very long time and never seem to get it to our satisfaction.

This is my current attempt to take it from a live band recording into something more studio driven. It’s in the middle of the transition so not everything grooves right and it is not really a mix either but it has at least given me some ideas for a direction I could take it now.
